Shipping Services and Shipping Companies

We work with several well-known logistics companies to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and safely. Our main shipping partners include DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx, GLS, and local logistics companies such as PostNL (Netherlands), La Poste (France), Hermes (Germany), etc. The shipping company will be selected based on the size, weight and destination country of your order.

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (within Europe): We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order.

International Shipping (Europe and Other Areas): For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination country, order weight and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking and Notifications

Once the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your package in real time on the relevant logistics company’s website. If there are any delays or problems with delivery, we will contact you promptly to provide assistance.

Import and Export Regulations and Duties

European Orders: For all orders within Europe, shipping costs and customs duties are usually included in the price. Please note that some countries may charge additional customs duties or Value Added Tax (VAT) on a case-by-case basis.

Non-European Orders: All international orders are subject to the import and export regulations of the destination country. Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days. Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the product or we sent the wrong item.
