Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
●Item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
●Item must be returned within 30 days of shipment.

Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item along with the original packaging and all accompanying materials.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will not include the original shipping costs.
